<p>　　行山踏入郊野範圍，不難見到野生動物；一向住慣城市的我們，缺乏與野生動物相處的知識與經驗，一旦遇上本地常見的猴子和蛇，應如何在不驚擾牠們的情況下，安全撤退呢？</p>



<p>　　提到猴子，行山人士總是避之則吉，一旦被牠們搶去背包或身上的糧食，一整天的行山行程可能就要餓肚子了。香港的野生猴子，主要棲息於金山、獅子山、城門郊野公園及大埔滘自然護理區。行山人士經過這些地點，要多加留神。</p>



<p>　　猴子的目標，只有一個︰食物！行經牠們的「地盤」，千萬不可露出任何食物，有時即使你把食物藏匿在袋內，只要讓猴子注意到一眼，你也會成為牠搶劫的目標。若不幸被猴子搶去行囊，盡量不要與牠們拉扯，當我們與猴子發生「爭執」，容易被牠們抓傷甚至咬傷。受傷後，要到醫院注射破傷風針與瘋狗症針，不可隨便處理傷口。</p>



<p>　　除了猴子，很多人都很怕行山遇到蛇，因為不知蛇是否帶有毒性。Ken Sir 叫大家不用過分擔心：「其實蛇是怕人的，只要我們給牠一些空間，讓牠找到路離開就可以了。只不過有時我們走得太急，逼得牠不知所措，牠才要保護自己。」</p>



<p>　　如果不幸地被蛇咬傷，首要保持鎮定，並馬上報警求助，避免移動傷者。Ken Sir 提醒大家千萬不可以割開傷口，或啜出毒液，這樣可能會惡化傷口。只要把傷口當普通出血般清洗，作基本的包紮，等救援人員幫忙就可。</p>

<p>　　平日跑完步後，大家都會做伸展運動舒緩肌肉，行山運用全身肌肉，其實亦要做舒緩運動，減少翌日周身骨痛的機會；之前山藝教練Ken Sir與瑜珈導師阿賢，教了大家一套行山出發前的熱身運動，今次就準備了一套五組，針對下背、腰部和雙腳的舒緩運動，避免運動後全身痠痛。</p>



<p>　　這套動作需要坐或躺在地上，開始前要準備軟墊，以免受傷。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">第一組動作：舒緩下背肌肉</h2>

<p>步驟：<br>　　1. 屈曲雙腳<br>　　2. 放鬆雙腳並上下擺動5次<br>　　3. 坐直挺胸<br>　　4. 慢慢呼氣彎腰向前</p>



<p>時間：維持5秒</p>



<p>　　如果膝蓋有傷患，切勿勉強將雙腳向自己拉近；可以將雙腳大約屈成 90 度，避免加劇膝蓋負荷。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">第三組動作：伸展腰部肌肉</h2>

<p>如果一個人無法完成上述動作，可找人協助：將左右腳向上身方向推壓，並維持5秒；又或將腳靠在牆上伸展，躺在墊上或床上完成動作。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">第五組動作：伸展髖關節</h2>



<p>步驟：<br>　　1. 將左腳屈曲，橫向放上大腿，像數目字「4」一樣<br>　　2. 上身傾前，雙手盡量觸碰腳尖</p>



<p>時間：維持5秒</p>



<p>次數：左右各一次</p>

<p>　　行山季節，首推秋冬！秋冬天氣如此舒爽、穩定，難怪夏天一遠去，各位山友就齊齊出動，佔領不同的山頭。雖然秋冬是行山的好時候，但在這個時間行山都需特別注意，別因而掉以輕心！</p>



<p>　　Ken Sir 雖然行山經驗豐富，但無論在甚麼天氣條件下行山，他都不會掉以輕心。在秋冬行山，規劃行程時，Ken Sir 就會留意「天時、地利、人和」。</p>



<p>　　天時方面，雖然秋冬天氣較為穩定，但天有不測之風雲，出發前仍要留意天氣狀況；另外，秋冬早入黑，下午 5 點多天色已開始昏暗，對行山人士而言，尤其是新手，都不是理想的行山條件；因此，Ken Sir 認為應早些出發，他建議規劃一個半日的行程：早上8時或9點出發，行到大概下午1至2時結束，這樣就會比較輕鬆，亦避免了天黑下山的情況。</p>



<p>　　地利方面，行山人士，尤其缺少行山經驗的，應盡量選擇漁護署的路徑，途中有標距柱、指示牌及郊外設施，相比起其他路徑，有較多補給的地方，方便休息和補充體力；而且，規劃好的路徑亦會減低迷路的機會。</p>



<p>　　人和方面，廣告都有說：行山要與三五知己同行，有人作伴，當發生任何意外，馬上可以得到幫助。</p>



<p>　　不過，即使俱備天時、地利、人和，都有可能在重重樹林下迷路。樹、樹、樹，抬頭一望全是樹，每條路徑看來相似，實在容易迷失其中。當你走錯路，Ken Sir 指應原途折返，退到自己熟悉的位置，再按地圖重新定位。「迷路不可怕，最重要應留在原地等！」Ken Sir 不建議再到處亂走，畢竟我們不熟悉山路，亂走只會愈走愈迷失。迷路後第一件事，應先檢查電話有沒有訊號，如果有訊號，就聯絡救援人員；第二，透過定位功能，嘗試與救援人員分享你的位置，讓他們能準確掌握你的位置。</p>

<p> 　　行山走入大自然，雖然可以活動筋骨，但山路崎嶇不平，有時地上一顆小石都可提早令行程終結。行山若不幸拗柴可以怎樣處理？一齊問問 Ken Sir 吧！</p>



<p>　　行山若不幸拗柴，要馬上採取急救措施，減緩腳腕腫脹的情況；可以用繃帶包紮受傷的腳腕，一般會先在腳腕包兩層，然後呈 8 字形，包紮至腳前掌。包紮好腳腕後，傷者可用行山杖支撐，輔助他離開郊野。</p>

<p>秋天行山雖然中暑機會不如夏天，但現時天氣飄忽難測，偶爾秋天氣溫也能飆升得如炎夏一樣酷熱，這時就要慎防中暑及熱衰竭！兩者雖然都在天氣炎熱下發生，但危險程度卻不能相提並論，中暑死亡率高達五成！一齊跟教練學習如何在山野處理這些突發意外！</p>



<p>中暑與熱衰竭都是與高溫相關的疾病，不過論嚴重性，熱衰竭不如中暑嚴重。熱衰竭可被視為中暑先兆，體溫會上升，但不超過 40 度，患者會皮膚濕冷，面色蒼白；當熱衰竭情況惡化，身體無法調控體溫，就會出現中暑的症狀，患者會面色潮紅，皮膚乾燥，體溫持續上升超過 40 度，排汗系統失調，無法排汗，情況嚴重得多。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>中暑的死亡率高達五成，當有隨行同伴出現中暑徵狀，必須小心處理：</strong>　　</h2>



<p>　　1. 馬上停止所有活動，讓患者休息<br>　　2. 打開遮蓋物如雨傘，或將患者移至陰涼處<br>　　3. 用水弄濕毛巾或衣服，抹患者後腦勺及額頭，為他降溫<br>　　4. 用扇或風扇仔為患者搧涼，幫助他的體溫下降<br>　　5. 報警求助，因為中暑死亡率高，以上謹是急救處理，仍需由救護人員跟進</p>

<p>行山姿勢正確，用上好的輔助工具，固然可以行得輕鬆，但休息也不是就這樣隨便坐下，喝幾口水就算，當中也有「特別技巧」！只有讓身體休息得好，才有力氣繼續走下去！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">行山休息小貼士：</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li> 行山到達休息處，不要馬上坐下，先站一會兒，歇一歇，或者做一做伸展活動才坐下，讓身體有些緩衝時間，慢慢適應。<br></li>



<li>休息時間不宜過長，大約     分鐘，休息太久重新起步時會較吃力，亦會浪費體力。<br></li>



<li>每隔 15 分鐘需補水一次，不要等到唇乾舌燥才補水，以免身體出現脫水情況。<br></li>



<li>每次飲水喝 1-2 口，先將水含在口腔 30 秒，再慢慢流入喉嚨，避免一次喝太多，這樣身體會較易吸收水分，不會喝得多但身體仍不夠水分補充。<br></li>



<li>行山可帶運動飲品，但不能以此完全代替水；運動飲品是補充劑，一般運動後才喝，以此補充身體運動後流失的電解質；若以運動飲品代替水，可能會攝取過多的糖分，引致肥胖。</li>

<p>　　一雙行山杖，看似與普通拐杖無異，但如果你以用拐杖的方法使用行山杖，那就大錯特錯！非但不可行得輕鬆和舒適，反而愈行愈累，還可能破壞一雙行山杖。其實使用行山杖大有學問，小至握法，大至行路步伐，都有細節注意，不如由教練Ken Sir 教大家如何使用！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>行山杖七問七答：</strong></h2>



<p>為甚麼使用行山杖？ 　　<br>行山杖的主要角色是輔助我們在山野前行，尤其是在上落斜坡時減輕腿部肌肉和膝蓋的壓力，走得輕鬆一點；另外，行山杖亦可應付突發意外，例如遇上野狗時可用行山杖擋一擋，又或拗柴、弄傷腳時可靠行山杖支撐。<br></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>怎樣調較行山杖？<br>在平地調較行山杖，先將手臂呈90度，再握著行山杖，調較長度至行山杖觸地，如果手臂仍呈90度，就是行山杖理想的高度。<br></li>



<li>如何握著行山杖？<br>使用行山杖時，手由下而上穿過手環，握著手柄；即使行山杖脫手了，仍能勾在手腕上。<br></li>



<li>如何使用行山杖？<br>拄著一對行山杖無異於多了一雙腳，不想走得如鴨子般笨拙，就要協調好手腳。在走路時保持左手右腳，邁出右腳時伸出握著行山杖的左手，步姿盡量自然，如平日走路般，才能毫不費力地使用行山杖，用得舒服。<br></li>



<li>下斜坡時如何使用行山杖？<br>下斜坡時，手掌不再握著手柄，而是往上移，包裹行山杖的頂部；之後身體重心微微向前傾，腳先行，再輪到行山杖行。<br></li>



<li>上斜坡時而又如何使用行山杖？<br>在上斜坡時，就回復到平時行山杖的握法，雙手握著手柄；行動時先上杖，再上腳。<br></li>



<li>不用行山杖時應怎樣處理？<br>在某些路段無需使用行山杖時，但又不想收起，可對齊雙杖握著，行山杖底部向前，而手柄向後，避免底部的尖端刺傷旁人。</li>

<p>　　很多人行完山後周身痠痛，除了因為平日少做運動，還因為缺少熱身運動！很多人以為行山只是上上落落，與平日走路無異，因而忽略了熱身運動的重要性，但其實行山都是一種運動，雙腿長時間上落斜坡，對膝蓋、腳踝、肌肉等地方都會造成負擔；只要出發前做好熱身運動，翌日就不會全身痠軟，更能避免「拗柴」。整套動作需時不長，各位行山友出發前不妨花少少時間熱身再起行吧！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">【第一組動作︰伸展頸部】</h2>



<p>行山經常低下頭望地圖，或避開路上障礙物，頸部容易痠軟，需要伸展此部位。</p>

<p>行山時我們一般都會背上背囊，裏面裝有各樣所需的物件，長時間背著會對雙肩造成壓力，兩邊肩膀會僵硬，伸展一下就能避免肌肉痠痛。</p>

<p>行山長時間背著背囊，甚少郁動腰部，容易變得僵硬，需要不時扭動一下，舒展腰部肌肉。</p>

<p>行山背囊一般都會配有腰帶，扣實的話會將背囊的重量聚集在腰部，令此部位痠軟和疲累。</p>

<p>行山時我們會重覆上落樓梯，又或上落斜坡，需要伸展雙腿肌肉，避免痠痛。</p>

<p>　　天氣漸生涼意，就知道踏入行山時節。上一篇提及行山裝備的重要性，其實也不可小看一身裝束，穿上對的衣服，行起山來自然輕鬆得多！政府廣告常說行山要穿寬鬆長袖衫褲，除此以外，衣著方面還有甚麼要注意呢？</p>



<p>　　到戶外活動，女士最怕曬黑，擔心看起來不美，但其實在烈日下運動，無論男女都要多加注意，曬黑相對事小，曬傷、甚至中暑就事大！行山除了帶備太陽油，並且定時補塗，還要帶帽子、太陽眼鏡和防曬手袖。毒辣的太陽不是夏天的專利，秋冬行山即使未必需要在手腳塗太陽油，也要注要臉部防曬，避免曬傷。</p>



<p>　　選擇行山服時，最好挑選排汗快乾的物料，保持身體乾爽。Ken Sir 並不建議穿綿質 T-shirt，出汗後較難乾，並會黏著皮膚，令自己不舒服。</p>



<p>　　秋冬氣溫較低，但運動易出汗，又怕熱又怕冷，怎樣穿才合適呢？Ken Sir 建議行山人士可以多層式方法穿衣︰最底層穿上一件排汗快乾或保溫物料的衣服；中層就穿抓毛等保溫物料的衣服；外層就套上防風風褸，避免被風帶走我們的體溫。Ken Sir 還推介一件冬日保暖小工具──風巾，風巾是一塊有彈性的布，可以隨意綁成帽子或圍巾的模樣，幫助保暖。</p>



<p>　　天氣一熱，很多行山人士都喜歡脫去上衣「打赤膊」，而女士就喜歡穿 bra top，貪其涼爽，但 Ken Sir 指出這樣的穿著其實容易引致中暑，頗為危險。很多行山人士都是趁假期、閒暇有空才去行山，他們的皮膚並沒有很多機會暴露於烈陽下，突然地讓皮膚暴曬，容易曬傷，而且增加中暑的風險。</p>

<p>　　過了中秋節，天氣開始轉涼，無論是行山發燒友，還是山系初哥，都開始蠢蠢欲動，準備享受行山的樂趣。雖然說「欺山莫欺水」，但行山都有不少危險與陷阱，切勿掉以輕心……<br>&nbsp;<br>　　出發行山，有些人喜歡兩袖清風，兩手空空上山；也有些人喜歡一袋二袋，恍如野餐。在山上逗留數小時，走入重重山林，到底要帶甚麼用品？又要帶多少？不如請中國香港攀山及攀登總會的山藝教練Ken，為我們指點一二。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">行山裝備六字口訣</h2>



<p>行山收拾裝備，緊記六字口訣——衣、食、住、行、急與雜。</p>



<p>衣︰帶備後備衣物，行山後作替換；雖然秋冬雨量較少，但最好帶雨衣，以備不時之需。</p>



<p>食：除了起行前要吃早餐，亦要帶同一些飽肚、能提供足夠熱量的食物，如能量棒和餅乾；還要準備一包後備糧食，當遲了下山或迷路時可充飢。水量方面，Ken建議帶備 1.5L 以上的水解渴，若是長途遠足，就需中途找地方補給。</p>



<p>住：（是次行山不涉及露營，有機會再談。）</p>



<p>行︰行山指引方向，需要實體地圖和指南針。Ken並不建議用電話的地圖，因為電話電量易流失，應節省用電，留待迷路時使用。另外，行山最好帶同行山杖，減輕關節壓力，亦要帶備頭燈，以供入夜後照明。</p>



<p>急︰應帶齊具備包紮及洗傷口用品的急救包，只有膠布並不足夠。</p>



<p>雜︰防曬、蚊怕水等用品屬雜物，應用雜物袋裝起，方便取用。Ken亦建議可帶同一把萬用刀，方便行山時開罐頭、剪東西或者「界刂」東西。</p>



<p>雖然香港的山野近市區，但始終行山時深入山林，很多東西都未必能及時覓得，一眾行山者緊記執齊裝備先出發！</p>
